Types of Blood Group : Blood groups are divided into 4 categories
  1. 'O' – It is good that these people take rick protein diet but do take care while taking milk, if this cause constipation then do avoid it. 
  2. 'A' – It is good to avoid non-veg if you belong to ‘A’ group. Do take green vegetables, cereals, beans, fruits, dry-fruits as much as you can. 
  3. 'B' – This group people can take anything but do avoid packed item, cauliflower, mustard, masoor daal, til etc regularly. You can take them time to time. 
  4. 'AB' – This group can also eat everything and mainly vegetables, curd, milk, cereals are better choice for them. Avoid eating Maize regularly if possible.

  • If shani is creating problem in kundli then do avoid sesame, mustard etc.
