Let’s Know Some Benefits Of Asparagus/Shatawri:

  1. This is very good to CONTROL WEIGHT. If anyone take it under guidance then Asparagus remove extra fat from body.
  2. Asparagus is a also good for MIGRAINE patients. The oil of shatawri gives relax in migraine pain. For this take out the juice of Asparagus root , now mixed it with sesame oil in equal quantity. Cook it for some time, use this in migraine. 
  3. Asparagus powder is also very helpful in FEVER. It is taken with milk or water to getrid of fever.
  4. Asparagus/shataawri develops IMMUNITY POWER. It is full of antibiotic quality and anti-ulcer quality too. So it is good for stomach problem too and develops immunity power.

अंग्रेजी में इसे asparagus कहते हैं. 

आइये जानते हैं शतावरी के फायदे :

  1. इसका प्रयोग वजन को नियंत्रित रखने के लिए किया जाता है आयुर्वेद में. इसके प्रयोग से अतिरिक्त चर्बी कटती है जिससे की वजन नियंत्रित रहता है. 
  2. शतावरी  माइग्रेन रोग में भी फायदेमंद है, इसके लिए इसका तेल प्रयोग में लिया जाता है. शतावरी  के जड़ को पीस के रस निकाले और बराबर मात्रा में तिल के तेल के साथ मिला दे. फिर इसे पका ले. माइग्रेन होने पर इसे लगाए, आराम मिलेगा. 
  3. शतावरी  का पाउडर बुखार भी उतारता है. इसके लिए इसका स्तेमाल दूध या फिर पानी से किया जाता है. 
  4. शतावरी  रोग-प्रतिरोधक क्षमता भी बढाता है. इसमें एंटीबायोटिक गुण है साथ है एंटी अलसर के गुण भी है जिससे की पेट के रोगों में बहुत फायदेमंद होता है. 
  5. शतावरी  लीवर के लिए भी बहुत अच्छा होता है. 
  6. निद्रा की समस्या होने पर भी शतावरी  का प्रयोग लाभदायक होता है. इसके लिए १० ग्राम शतावरी का चूर्ण दूध या देशी घी के साथ सोने से पहले लेने की सलाह दी जाती है. 

अतः शतावरी का प्रयोग अपने आयुर्वेदिक सलाहकार से परामर्श लेके करे और स्वस्थ जीवन व्यतीत करे.
