  • १-२ चुटकी कालीमिर्च का पाउडर शहद के साथ मिला के चाटने से खांसे में रहत मिलता है.
  • ये पेट के कीड़े भी मरता है अगर छाछ के साथ काली मिर्च के पाउडर को मिला के लिया जाए. 
  • रोज दूध में काली मिर्च मिला के लेने से स्वास्थ्य बहुत अच्छा रहता है.
