Home Remedies For Dandruff Problem

Let’s see some home remedies to getrid of dandruff easily:

  1. Use of fenugreek/Methi- Take 2 spoon fenugreek and put it in water for whole night. In the morning make paste of it and apply on roots of hair for approx 30 minute. After that take bath or wash your hairs properly. Use it regularly and you will find good changes in hair. 
  2. Next home remedy is of oil and camphor- It is good to use in summer, for this take 100ml coconut oil and mix some camphor in it, keep it for 3 days and then shake the bottle well before applying. There is another way to make this mixture, for this take oil and warm it and then mix camphor in it and then apply immediately. Regular use of this oil will make your hair dandruff free and also you can feel nice fragrance. 
  3. Next home remedy for good hair is use of Neem and curd paste – Take some leaves of neem, crush it and mix some curd to make paste. Apply on hair and wash when dry. It will help to remove dandruff, make hair strong.
  4. Next is use of Beetroot – Make paste of beetroot, mix some mehandi on it and apply on hair for approx 20 minute. Wash it when dry. By this you will get shining and strong hair. 
  5. Next is very easy just massage your head regularly with warm oils. It will make your hair stronger. It will remove dryness from scalp, free your head from unwanted hairs, feel freshness.
So by using these 5 easy methods at home, we can make our hair smooth, stronger and dandruff free.

आइये अब जानते हैं हिंदी में कैसे दूर करे रुसी और कैसे पायें मजबूत, घने और लम्बे बाल :
रुसी न सिर्फ महिलाओं की समस्या है बल्कि पुरुष भी रुसी की समस्या से आसानी से ग्रस्त हो जाते हैं. इसका कारण सर की सुखी त्वचा भी हो सकती है, कोई एलर्जी भी हो सकती है. रुसी के करना कई प्रकार की समस्या का सामना करना पड़ सकता है जैसे लगातार खुजली आना, आत्मविश्वास की कमी, लोगो से मिलने में झिझक, काम में मन न लगना आदि.

अतः जो पुरुष और महिलाए रुसी से ग्रस्त है वो अलग अलग प्रकार के प्रयोग करते हैं इस समस्या से निजात पाने के लिए , विभिन्न प्रकार के शैम्पू का प्रयोग भी करते हैं जो की केमिकल्स से बने होते हैं और लम्बे समय उनके कई साइड इफेक्ट्स नजर आ सकते हैं. इसी कारण अब कई कंपनियों ने हर्बल शैम्पू बाजार में उतारा है जो की हानिकारक नहीं होते हैं उनके अनुसार.

परन्तु हम घर में भी आसानी से रुसी से छुटकारे के लिए प्रयोग कर सकते हैं. कुछ नुस्खे बहुत सरल और उपयोगी होते हैं जिनका स्तेमाल करके लम्बे, घने और रुसी मुक्त बाल मिल सकते हैं.
इस लेख में हम इन्ही के बारे में जानेंगे. 

आइये जानते हैं कुछ घरेलु नुस्खे लम्बे, घने और रुसी मुक्त बालो के लिए:

  • मेथी का प्रयोग – इसके लिए २ चम्मच मेथी को रात्री को जल में भिगो दे और सुबह इसका पेस्ट बना ले और बालो में लगा ले कम से कम ३० मिनट के लिए. उसके बाद बालो को धो ले अच्छी तरह से. इसके लगातार प्रयोग से आपको बहुत अच्छे बाल मिलेंगे. 
  • दूसरा घरेलु तरीका है तेल और कपूर का – इसका प्रयोग गर्मियों में ज्यादा अच्छा होता है. इसके लिए १०० ml नारियल के तेल में थोडा कपूर डाले और उसे ३ दिन के लिए रख दे फिर प्रयोग करने से पहले अच्छी तरह हिला ले. इसे बनाने का एक और तरीका भी है उसके लिए तेल को गर्म करे और उसमे कपूर पीस के डाल दे और फिर तुरंत प्रयोग कर ले. इस तेल का लगातार स्तेमाल से बालो से रुसी ख़त्म होगी और बाल मजबूत भी होंगे, बालो से  हलकी खुशबू भी आये गी. 
  • और एक घरेलु नुस्खा है नीम और दही का पेस्ट – इसके लिए थोड़े नीम के पत्ते ले और उन्हें पीस के उसमे थोडा दही मिला के पेस्ट बना ले. इसे अपने बालो में लगाये और सूखने पर धो ले. इससे रुसी ख़त्म होगी और बाल मजबूत भी होंगे. 
  • एक और तरीका है चुकंदर का – इसके लिए चुकंदर का पेस्ट बना ले और उसमे थोडा मेहंदी डाल दे फिर इस पेस्ट को बालो पे लगाए २० मिनट के लिए. जब बाल सूख जाए तो धो ले. इससे चमकीले और मजबूत बाल मिलेंगे, रुसी भी ख़त्म होगा. 
  • एक और आसान तरीका है की नियमित अपने सर की मालिश करे तेल से. इससे बहुत लाभ होगा. त्वचा का सूखापन ख़त्म होगा और रुसी भी, अनचाहे बालो से मुक्ति भी मिलेगी, ताजगी महसूस होगी. 
अतः इन ५ तरीको का स्तेमाल करे घर पर और पाईये मजबूत बाल, घने बाल, रुसी मुक्त बाल.
