लार एक दावा है जो की अपने आप हमारे मूंह में बनती रहती है. ये हमे प्रदान किया गया वरदान है. हमने जानवरों को अक्सर अपने घावों को चाटते हुए देखा होगा, वे चाटकर ही अपने घावों को ठीक कर लेते हैं. इससे ये साबित होता है की लार में उपचार की शक्ति होती है. 
इस लेख में हम लार के बारे में और जानेंगे जिससे स्वस्थ रह सके. 

आइये जानते हैं लार के बारे में :

  1. मानव लार ९८% जल से बना है शेष २% में इलेक्ट्रोलाइट, बलगम , जिवानुरोधी यौगिक और एंजाइम्स रहते हैं.
  2. भोजन के अच्छे पाचन के लिए लार बहुत आवश्यक होता है.
  3. लार भोजन को चबाने में और उन्हें निगलने में मदद करते हैं.
  4. ये मूंह में कीटाणुओं से भी लड़ता है और मूंह को स्वस्थ रखता है.
  5. लार दांतों को गिरने से भी बचाता है.
  6. ये हमारे मसुडो को भी स्वस्थ रखता है.

  • अगर पेट में कीड़े हो तो सुबह जल्दी उठ के बासी मूंह पानी पियें , इससे पेट के कीड़े मरते हैं और पेट साफ़ भी अच्छा होता है.
  • अगर आपको अपच की समस्या है तो सलाइवा योग करे. इसका अर्थ हिया ज्यादा से ज्यादा लार को अन्दर निगले दिनभर.
  • अगर दराद हो गई हो तो सुबह उठके अपने लार को उसमे लगाए १ महीने लगातार और देखिये चमत्कारी परिणाम.
  • जले का निशान अगर आपको परेशान कर रहा हो तो २ महीने तक अपने लार को लगाए वहाँ और देखिये असर.
  • अगर शारीर में कही फंगल संक्रमण हो तो भी लार का उपयोग करके आप उससे छुटकारा पा सकते हैं.
