Headache and body pain is a very common problem which arises due to various reasons time to time. People are habitual of using medicines in light headache and body pain which is not at all good. Here in this article we will see some easy alternative medicines to overcome from headache and body pain.
There are some home remedies which are safe and so are used for decades to overcome from health problems.

Let’s See Some Home Remedies To Overcome From Headache:

  1. Mix some molasses in water and strain it and then drink it, it will give relax from headache. 
  2. Take some holy basil/Tulsi, make paste of it and then apply on forehead. It will also help to getrid of headache.
  3. In case of headache for long time, do put 2 to 3 drops of cow ghee daily in the morning and evening. 
  4. Boil 5 dry dates in approx 250 gram milk and then eat them, after that drink the milk by putting some cow ghee. This will also make you strong and give relief from headache permanently.
  5. In the morning empty stomach do eat one apple by putting some salt over it.
  6. Take some Daalchini, make paste and apply on forehead to overcome from headache.
  7. Take some clove, warm them and put in a piece of cloth, smell it for some time, this will also give you relief from headache.
  8. Put some camphor in coconut oil and then apply on your head to get relief from headache.

Now Let’s See Some Ways To Over Come From Body Pain:

Massage is a very good way to overcome from body pain and for this special oils are used.
  • Linseed oil massage is very good to over come from body pain. 
  • Take some mustard oil, put Ajwaain on it, boil it for sometime and then use it for body massage. 
  • Mix approx 5 gram of  camphor in 100 gram mustard oil and then keep it in sunlight for some time and then use it for massage. It will give your relief from body pain.

सर दर्द और शारीर के दर्द बहुत ही आम बात है, विभिन्न कारणों से शारीर में दर्द होता है, कुछ लोगो को तो थोड़े से दर्द में ही दवाई लेने की आदत है जो की गलत है. इस लेख में हम ये जानेंगे की कैसे हम दूर कर सकते हैं सर दर्द को और शारीर के दर्द को आसानी से वैकल्पिक चिकित्सा की विधियों से जो की हानि रहित है. 

आइये जानते हैं कुछ घरेलु उपायों को सर दर्द दूर करने के लिए :

  • पानी में थोडा गुड़ मिला के उसे छान ले और पी ले, इससे सर दर्द में आराम मिलता है. 
  • थोडा तुलसी के पते ले और उनका पेस्ट बना ले और माथे पर लगाएं , इससे भी सर दर्द उतरता है. 
  • अगर सरदर्द ज्यादा दिनों से हो रहा है लगातार तो रोज सुबह शाम गाय के घी के २ से ३ बूंदे नाक में डाले और खींचे, कुछ ही दिनों में स्थाई लाभ दिखाई देगा. 
  • ५ सूखे खजूर को २५० ग्राम दूध में उबाले और खा जाए, ऊपर से दूध में थोड गाय का घी मिला के पी ले. ये नुस्खा भी ताकत देगा और सर दर्द से स्थाई लाभ देगा. 
  • सुबह खाली पेट सेब में नमक बुरक के खा ले
  • थोड़ी दाल चीनी का पेस्ट बना ले और माथे पे लगा ले, इससे भी सरदर्द दूर होता है.
  • कुछ लौंग ले और उन्हें गर्म करे, किस कपडे रखके सूंघते रहे, इससे भी सरदर्द से  मिलेगी. 
  • नारियल के तेल में कपूर मिला के सर की मालिश करे, इससे भी रहत मिलेगी सरदर्द से. 

आइये अब जानते हैं की शारीर के दर्द से छुटकारे के लिए क्या करे:

  1. शारीर के दर्द से निजात पाने के लिए मालिश एक अच्छा विकल्प है और इसके लिए विशेष तेलों का प्रयोग होता है.
  2. अलसी के तेल से शारीर की मालिश करने से दर्द से रहत मिलती है. 
  3. सरसों के तेल में अजवाईन डालके उबाल के ठंडा करके लगाने से भी राहत मिलती है. 
  4. १०० ग्राम सरसों के तेल में करीब ५ ग्राम कपूर मिला के धुप में रखे और फिर उससे मालिश करे.
