  • तनाव से मुक्ति के लिए भी पंचकर्म अती उत्तम पद्धति है.
  • त्वचा को भी स्वास्थ्य मिलता है इस पद्धति से.
  • नाड़ियो के अन्दर के रूकावटो को भी पंचकर्म चिकित्सा खोलता है.
  • इससे अंगो की कार्यक्षमता बढ़ जाती है.
  • आयुर्वेद के अनुसार किसी भी रोग के लिए ३ मुख्य कारण होते हैं वात , पित्त और कफ . पंचकर्म चिकित्सा से स्वस्थ जीवन जीने में बहुत मदद मिलती है.

आइये कुछ और जानते हैं पञ्च क्रियाओं के बारे में :

  1. वामन का मतलब होता है उलटी करवा के विषाक्त पदार्थो को शारीर से बाहर निकलना.
  2. विरेचन का अर्थ है गुदा द्वार से विषाक्त पदार्थो को बाहर निकलना.
  3. नास्य का अर्थ है नाक द्वारा औषधीय पदार्थो को अन्दर भेजना.
  4. बस्ती के अंतर्गत अनचाहे पदार्थो को शारीर के कुछ ख़ास अंगो से बहार निकला जाता है और इसके लिए औषधियों का प्रयोग किया जाता है.
  5. रक्त्मोक्षना के अनतर्गत ख़राब खून को बाहर निकला जाता है.
