  2. Sesame is another good source of iron. Do keep 1 spoon of sesame in water for approx 2 hours. After this do make paste of it and add 1 spoon of honey in it, take 2 times a day, it will also help to increase hemoglobin naturally. 
  3. Spinach is another good source of iron, folic acid, vitamin b 12. We can take it as soup, vegetables or in salad form. 
  4. Pomegranate is another good source of iron, carbohydrates, calcium etc. It boost the rates of hemoglobin formation if taken regularly. 
  5. Dates are another good source of iron. Do put 2 dates in milk for a night and in the morning eat them properly and drink milk empty stomach. Magical changes will be seen in a month.

  1. चुकंदर और सेब में फोलिक एसिड और लोह तत्त्व मौजूद होते हैं. १ -१ चम्मच चुकंदर और सेब के रस में २ चम्मच शहद मिला के दिन में २ बार लगातार लेने से शारीर में खून की मात्रा बढती है या यूँ कहें की हीमोग्लोबिन का स्तर बढ़ता है.
  2. तिल में भी लोह तत्त्व होता है. १ चम्मच तिल को २ घंटे तक भिगो के रखे और उसके बाद उसका पेस्ट बना ले, अब इसमें १ चम्मच शहद मिला ले और दिन में दो बार ले. इससे भी हीमोग्लोबिन का स्तर बढ़ता है प्राकृतिक तौर पर.
  3. पलक भी एक अच्छा स्त्रोत है लोह तत्त्व, फोलिक एसिड, विटामिन b-१२ आदि का. इसका सूप ले सकते हैं, सब्जी के रूप में ले सकते हैं या फिर सलाद के रूप में ले सकते हैं.  
  4. अनार भी खून को बढ़ाने में बहुत मददगार होता है. इसमें कार्बोहाइड्रेट्स, कैल्शियम, लोह तत्त्व आदि मौजूद है. रोज अनार खाते रहना चाहिए जिनको हीमोग्लोबिन बढ़ाना है. 
  5. खजूर भी बहुत तेजी से खून बढाता है. २ खजूर रोज १ कप दूध में रात्रि को भिगो दे, सुबह खाली पेट अच्छी तरह चबा के खजूर को खाएं और फिर दूध पी ले. १ महीने में चमत्कारी लाभ दिखेगा.
  6. किशमिश खाने से भी खून बढ़ता है. इसमें लोह तत्त्व होता है, प्रोटीन होता है, फाइबर होता है, सोडियम होता है. रोज १५ से २० किशमिश १ कप पानी में भिगो दे, सुबह खाली पेट अच्छी तरह चबा के खा ले फिर पानी पी ले. इसमें शहद मिला के भी खा सकते हैं.

ये भी ध्यान रखना चाहिए की महिलाओं को मासिक धर्म के कारण खून की कमी होने लगती है अतः इनको खाने पिने में विशेष ध्यान रखना चाहिए.
