When a person drink less water then salt, minerals get accumulated at one place and become small stones.

What to avoid in case of stone problem? :

  1. Avoid excess of salt because sodium increases the calcium in urine and enhance the chances of stone.
  2. Avoid fast food because they contain more sodium which is very dangerous for stone patients.
  3. Sea food contains purin which increases the level of uric acid in body which will increase the chances of stone, so avoid sea food also if you are suffering from stone problem.
  4. Avoid tomatoes because it contains oxalate in excess which is not good for stone patients. 
  5. Spinach is also not good for stone patients.

  1. Drink water in excess which will dilute the stone and it will come-out from urine way.
  2. Use banana because it contains vitamin B6 which break the oxalic acid and save from stone problem.
  3. Use lemon because the citrate present in lemon prohibits the oxalate which prevents from stone. It is also suggested to use lemon juice with olive oil.
  4. Bitter gourd contains magnesium and phosphorous which is good to prevent stone.
  5. Grapes are also good to prevent stone.
  6. Coconut water is also very good for every one.

जब व्यक्ति कम पानी पीता है तो शारीर में नमक, खनिज एक जगह इकठ्ठा होने लगते हैं जो की आगे चलकर छोटे छोटे पत्थर में बदल जाते हैं.

क्या न खाएं पथरी होने पर ?

  • नमक का स्तेमाल न करे या बिलकुल कम करे क्यूंकि इसमें सोडियम होता है जो की कैल्शियम को ज्यादा बनाने में मदद करता है जिससे की पथरी होने की आशंका बढ़ जाती है.
  • फ़ास्ट फ़ूड को कहें ना क्यूंकि इनमे सोडियम ज्यादा मात्रा में होता है.
  • समुद्री भोजन को कम करे या न करे क्यूंकि उसमे प्युरिन होता है जिससे की यूरिक एसिड ज्यादा बनता है, इससे भी पथरी हो सकती है.
  • टमाटर भी कम करे या न खाए क्यूंकि इसमें ऑक्सालेट ज्यादा होता है जिससे पथरी हो सकती है.
  • पालक भी ठीक नहीं है पथरी से ग्रस्त लोगो के लिए.

आइये अब जानते हैं कुछ प्राकृतिक तरीके पथरी से मुक्ति पाने के लिए :

  1. ज्यादा से ज्यादा पानी पियें, इससे पथरी मूत्र के साथ गल के बहार आ सकती है.
  2. केला खाएं क्यूंकि इसमें विटामिन “बी 6” होता है जो की ओक्सालिक एसिड को तोड़ता है और पथरी से बचाता है.
  3. निम्बू का रस पीयें, ये भी ऑक्सालेट एसिड से बचाता है. निम्बू के रस को जैतून के तेल के साथ लेने की सलाह दी जाती है.
  4. करेला जिसमे की मैग्नीशियम और फ़ास्फ़रोस ज्यादा होता है भी पथरी से बचाता है.
  5. अंगूर भी अच्छा माना जाता है.
  6. रोज नारियल पानी पीना भी अच्छा होता है.
  7. बादाम खाना भी अच्छा होता है.
  8. अनानास भी पथरी से मुक्ति दिलाने में मदद करता है.
अतः कुछ अच्छी आदतों को अपना कर और कुछ बुरी आदतों से बचकर हम पथरी की बिमारी से बाख सकते हैं.
